Michael Charles Schrair, 68 of Cave City died Friday, October 20, 2017 at his home. He was born May 21, 1949 at Seneca, Kansas to Clifford Leroy and Mildred Lucille (Sunderland) Schrair. He worked several years for the Union Pacific Railroad and also was an over-the-road truck driver for Dowell Transport in Batesville. He enjoyed traveling, fishing and collecting ink pens and ball caps. He also enjoyed spending time with his wife, Reeba, drinking coffee and watching westerns. He was a member of the Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Powhatan. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Reeba Schrair of the home; one son, Michael Schrair of Marysville, Kansas; one daughter, Michelle Rodriguez of Bird In Hand, Pennsylvania; one step-son, James Sanders of Searcy; one sister, Patricia Hinton of Topeka, Kansas; several grandchildren and great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hillcrest Missionary Baptist Church in Cave City. Burial will follow in the Dry Creek Cemetery at Lynn.
