Dean Lambert

Dean Lambert age 85 of the Hutchinson Mountain Community died Thursday, November 16, 2017. He was born March 21, 1932 in the Hutchinson Mountain Community to Wiley and Naomi Lee (Turner) Lambert. He was a retired logger and a member of the Hutchinson Mountain Church of Christ. He was a U.S. Navy Korean War Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Randy J. Lambert; two brothers, Billy Lambert and Larry Lambert and two sisters, Linda Lambert and Evelyn Lambert. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Frances Lambert of the home; two sons, Barry Lambert (Karen) and Justin Johnson (Prisilla) both of the Hutchinson Mountain Community; two daughters, Penny Strother (Scott) of the Hutchinson Mountain Community and Becky Lambert of Cord; two sisters, Joyce Brady of Conway and Janice Biggers of Cushman; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be Monday, November 20, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Palestine Cemetery located on the Hutchinson Mountain. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be Sunday, November 19, 2017 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Honorary pallbearers are Denver Lamons, Tim Scoggin, Ronald Beel, Orville Elumbaugh and J.D. Gardner.
