Carson Roberson

Carson Roberson, 63 of Pleasant Plains died Saturday, December 9, 2017 at his home. He was born December 15, 1953 at Batesville, Arkansas to Truman and Oleta Roberson. He was a building contractor and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents and two infant brothers. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Rita Roberson of the home; one son, Deny Roberson and wife Pedra of Pleasant Plains; one brother, Darryl Roberson of Pleasant Plains; one sister, Janet Branum of Judsonia; one grandson, Logan Roberson and wife Taylor of Pleasant Plains; one granddaughter, Bethany Roberson of Jonesboro; two great granddaughters, Elle Roberson and Lylah Roberson; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Joe Helms officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Grove Cemetery located at Pleasant Plains. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
