Michael Robert “Bubba” Demster, 51 of Cave City died Tuesday, December 12, 2017. He was born July 18, 1966 at Concord, California to Robert Edward and Novia Marie Tate Demster. Michael was raised at an early age by his sister, Debbie Anderson and Denny Polston known as his “Pops”. He worked 20 plus years for GDX Automotive and was currently employed by Bad Boy Mowers both in Batesville. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Julie Pearson. Survivors include two daughters, Novie Demster and Kendra Davis (Shaun) both of Cave City; five brothers, Ricky Polston of Batesville, Ronnie Polston of Magness, Randy Polston of Strawberry, Scotty Polston of Cave City and Robbie Polston of Sandtown; four sisters, Debbie Anderson of Cherokee Village, Nicole Demster of Omaha, Nebraska, Deanna Herndon and Trina Polston both of Cave City; four grandchildren, Greyson Michael Davis, Aubrei Demster, Emma Treadway and Lennon Treadway; two nephews, Colin Schroeder and Hayden Herndon; two nieces, Kaelin Anderson and Haley Herndon; and he also considered all the Reynold’s families as his family. Funeral services will be Monday, December 18, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Caleb Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Lee’s Chapel Cemetery located in Sandtown. Visitation will be Sunday, December 17, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Billy Osborn, Rodney Ford, Jake Pinkston, Teddy Wilson, Courtney Davis and Colin Schroeder. Honorary pallbearers are Bill Reynolds, Terry “Frog” Hawkins, Chris Reynolds, Kenny Wheeler and All His Friends at Bad Boy Mowers.
