James Kenneth Price Jr.

James Kenneth “Tubby” Price Jr., 74 of Glencoe died Saturday, January 6, 2018 at his home. He was born April 6, 1943 at Cave City, Arkansas to James Kenneth Price Sr. and Wana Gene Girtman Price. He was a retired rancher and realtor. He was a member of the Ash Flat United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife Judy Thurston Price of the home; two sons, James Todd Price (Leanda) of Cave City and Michael Wayne Price of Ash Flat; one brother, Jerry Wayne Price (Debbie) of Cave City; one sister, Margaretta Wooldridge (Jim) of Cave City; five grandchildren, Catie Meskimen (Justin), Jamie Morgan (Taggert), Shyanne Price, Andrew Price and Jaron Price; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Larry Morris officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery located at Cave City. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 9, 2018 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Danny Gwaltney, Mark Counts, Keith Mize, Billy Corter, Scott Wooldridge, Larry Brown, Byron Price and Joey Carpenter. Honorary pallbearers are Dwayne Girtman, Gaylon Hamiliton, Dan Orr, G.T. “Abby” Shanks, Justin Meskimen, Taggert Morgan, and his grandsons.
