Peggy Arnold Grimes

Peggy Arnold Grimes, 73 of Batesville died Sunday, February 4, 2018. She was born July 2, 1944 at Wardell, Missouri to John Bennett and Dorcie May Phillips Arnold. She was retired from ConAgra Frozen Foods in Batesville and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Billy E. Grimes; brother, John “Sonny’ Arnold and sisters, Gloria Johnson and Maudie Noles. Survivors include son, Chris Grimes (Susan) of Eau Claire, Wisconsin; daughter, Melissa Wyatt (Patrick deLeusomme) of Batesville; grandchildren, Alissa Grimes, Lindsey Ho (Nhan), Savanna Wyatt McPherson (Keith), Ben Grimes and Marshal Wyatt; 5 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Curt Howard officiating. Burial will follow in the Wyatt Cemetery at Rosie. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 6, 2018 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
