Frances L. Young Miser

Frances L. Young Miser, 86 of Batesville died Tuesday, February 6, 2018. She was born September 14, 1931 at Magness, Arkansas to Elvin and Ruby Travis Young. She was retired from Maybelline in North Little Rock and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jerry Miser; a son, Ronny Chisam; two brothers, E.J. Young and Stanley Young and a great grandchild, Mia Sullins. Survivors include daughter, Vicki Chisam of Batesville; sister, Betty McClusky of Batesville; step-sons, Gary Miser of Bradford and Stacy Miser of Valley View; step-daughter, Sandy Jo Sullins of Rogers; grandchildren, Kirby Chisam of Batesville, Derick Miser of Tuckerman, Van Sullins of Bentonville, Sammie Miser and Stacia Miser both of Jonesboro; 11 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Friday, February 9, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church at Southside with Bro. Bob Dailey officiating. Burial will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens at Batesville with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the church. Pallbearers will be Gary Miser, Derick Miser, Van Sullins, Gordon Sullins, Stacy Miser and J.T. Young.
