Jo Ann Sams

Jo Ann Sams, 75 of Evening Shade died Thursday, March 8, 2018 at her home. She was born September 16, 1942 at Perryville, Arkansas to Jo Darrell and Mildred Tate Allison. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Paul Sams. Survivors include two daughters, Ashley Corbitt of Evening Shade and Allyson Smith of Batesville; 5 grandchildren, Cody Corbitt, Cheyan Corbitt, Micayla Corbitt, Christina Lewis and Kayla Loague; 7 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Matt Brock officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
