Agnes Johnson Milligan, 96, of Cave City died Wednesday, December 12, 2018. She was born June 11, 1922 to Washington Howell and Louise Paralee Johnson. She was retired from International Shoe Factory in Batesville, a former Foster Grandparent at Cave City School, and was a member of the Maxville Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Leon Simmons and Stanley Milligan; five brothers, Orville Johnson, Clyde Johnson, Estel Johnson, Elvis Johnson, and Lester Johnson; three sisters, Beulah Powell, Blanche Hollandsworth, and Helen Romine; and a son-in-law, Noal Russell.
Survivors include two daughters, Phyllis Russell of Forrest City and Sonja Miller (Jeff) of Cave City; three grandchildren, Niki Jones of Wynne, Tiffany Tito of Caddo Mills, Texas, and Jonathan Miller of Batesville; four great-grandchildren, Cooper Jones, Carter Jones, Alyssa Tito, and Brianna Tito; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Maxville Missionary Baptist Church at Cave City with Bro. Phillip Lewallen officiating. Burial will follow in the Maxville Cemetery with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the church.
Pallbearers will be Larry Johnson, Dwain Johnson, Phillip Johnson, Gary Johnson, James Hollandsworth, and Michael Lackey.
