Alta Willene Seat Musick

Alta Willene Seat Musick, 74 of Nelsonville passed away Saturday, March 12, 2022.  She was born November 30, 1947 in Center, Arkansas to William Thomas and Nora Lovina Mathews Moody.  She was retired from ConAgra Foods in Batesville and was currently employed by Cave City Nursing Home.  She was a member of Ring’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church at Poughkeepsie.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Homer Seat.

Survivors include her husband, William Musick of the home; one son, Trent Seat (Stephine) of Nelsonville; one daughter, Sherry Wilson (Keith) of Spiro, Oklahoma; one brother, Mason Moody (Elaine) of Center; four sisters, Betty Springer of Kansas City, Missouri, Lillian Kerr of Little Rock, Lois Ann Lowrance and Joyce Pam Davis both of Center; five grandchildren, Christina Meurer (Doug) of Mountain Home, Brandon Wilson (Charity) of Killeen, Texas, Lexi Freeman (Dyllon) of Jesup, Luke Hall (Alexa) of Cotter and Sawyer Seat of Nelsonville; ten great grandchildren; several step-children and step-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Keith Wilson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Spotts Cemetery at Poughkeepsie.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Wilson, Luke Hall, Eric Moody, Jeff Brewer, Duncan Seat and Mike Musick.

Honorary pallbearers are Junior Jones, Kenneth Seat and Stanley Jones.
