Archie Wilkes

Archie Wilkes age 73 of Cave City died Monday, January 25, 2021 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. He was born August 27, 1947.  He was the son of William Wilkes and Norma Lee Wilkes Kirks.  He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Nona Ford.

Survivors include his children, Brandon Wilkes of Pittsburg, Texas and Misty Roach (Nelson) of Longview, Texas; three brothers, Danny Wilkes of Cave City, Buell Wilkes (Carolyn) of Evening Shade and Bobby Wilkes (Joanne) of Cave City; one sister, Wonema Thompson (Darrell) of Cave City; three grandchildren, Andrew Morris, Bradon Wilkes and Lanna Wilkes all of Texas; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at a later date with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

The family wishes to thank everyone for their prayers and kindness shown to us during this time. We would also like to thank the staff of the Covid Unit at the White River Medical Center for the wonderful care given to Archie.  Our family will be forever grateful.
