Audrey Mae Conway

Audrey Mae Conway, 90, of Evening Shade passed away Thursday, December 26, 2024 in Cave City. She was born August 3, 1934 in Parkin, Arkansas to John Rubin and Ida Lee (Harris) Wilson. She was a devout Christian, seamstress, homemaker and a member of the Faith Assembly of God in Evening Shade. Audrey loved sweets, especially oatmeal crème pies, enjoyed making quilts, gospel music, being with family and loved her grandbabies.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roy Clarence Conway; three sons, Clarence Ray Conway, Tommy Lee Conway, Johnny Lee Conway; one daughter, Carrie Sue Herrington; one brother, Jimmy Wilson; one sister, Marie Drain; two grandsons, Travis Herrington and Michael Nunnally.

Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Leech (Mike) of Franklin, TN and Glenda Mae Miller (John) of Evening Shade; two daughter in laws, Wanda Conway of Pontotoc, MS, Rita Conway of Smithville; one son in law, Roger Herrington of Evening Shade; one brother, Ken Wilson of Bonifay, FL; three sisters, Bonnie Burns (Bob) of Houston, TX, Velma Melton (Rex) of Austin, TX, and Wanda Tierman (Carl) of TX; sixteen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Monday, December 30, 2024, 10:00 A.M. at the Faith Assembly of God Church in Evening Shade with Sis. Jennifer Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the Campground Cemetery at Evening Shade.

Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

Visitation will Sunday, December 29, 2024 from 5-7 P.M. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
