Betty Grandstaff, 90, of Cushman died Wednesday, December 19, 2018. She was born February 4, 1928 at Cushman, Arkansas to Harry Clayton and Ethel Mae Melton Slade. She was a homemaker and attended the First Assembly of God Church in Cushman.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two husbands, Richard Baggett and Jim Grandstaff.
Survivors include two sons, Eric Baggett (Geeana) of Williford and Danny Baggett (Annette) of Fitzgerald, Georgia; four grandchildren, Melinda Merriman (Steve) of Chicago Ridge, Illinois, Pam Ray (Patrick) of Fitzgerald, Georgia, Jamie Baggett (Brandy) of Leesburg, Georgia, and Amanda Gay (Greg) of Blackshear, Georgia; five great-grandchildren, Caleb Ray, Callen Ray, Jailyn Baggett, Bralee Baggett, and Nate Gay; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Carl Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery located near Cushman.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Chick Wolford, Glenn Melton, Bobby Stidham, Dusty Stidham, Jamie Baggett and Steve Merriman.
