Bill Anderson

Bill Anderson, 76 of Cave City died Monday, March 25, 2019. He was born June 11, 1942 at Batesville, Arkansas to Andy and Monty (Matheny) Anderson.  He was a retired bulldozer operator for White River Materials in Batesville and a member of Maxville Missionary Baptist Church at Cave City.  He was also an avid hunter and fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Tina Anderson.

Survivors include sons, Keith Anderson (Stephanie) of Batesville, Scott Anderson (Janet) of Rudy and Todd Coles (Tammy) of Batesville; daughters, Jill Varner of Batesville and Ashley Denton (Dustin) of Center; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Curt Howard officiating. Burial will follow in the Maxville Cemetery located north of Cave City.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 27, 2019 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Matheny, Scott Matheny, Dakota St. John, Dwayne Mobley, Gary Tucker and Jeff Qualls.

Honorary pallbearers are Terry Matheny, Doug Matheny, Jay Matheny and Danny Denton.
