Billy Wayne Bacon

Billy Wayne Bacon, 84 of Cave City died Friday, October 19, 2018. He was born July 28, 1934 in Cave City, Arkansas to Robert Sam and Audie Esther (Girtman) Bacon.  He was a retired United States Air Force Veteran and was also a retired mail carrier for the United States Postal Service.  He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Dale Bacon and one sister, Sue Norman.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Pauline (King) Bacon; one son, Jonathan Bacon (Misty) of Evening Shade; one brother, James O. Bacon (Mary) of Little Rock; one  grandson, Blaine Bacon (Candra) of Poughkeepsie; three step grandsons, Zach Martin and Caleb Martin both of Cave City and Devin England (Megan) of Louisiana; one step granddaughter, Ashli Martin of Cave City; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Monday, October 22, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Devin England officiating. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery at Cave City at a later date.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
