Carol Wilkes, 73 of Cave City died Friday, January 31, 2020. She was born January 27, 1947 in Batesville, Arkansas. She was the daughter of William “Dub” Landers and Lula Johnson Landers Glenn. She was a retired school teacher having taught 3rd grade at Cave City Elementary for the majority of her career. She attended First United Methodist Church in Cave City.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Danny Landers.
Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Danny Wilkes of the home; one daughter, Tera Klein and husband Jonathan of Los Angeles, California; one grandson, Adrian Little of Jonesboro; two nephews, Ury Landers and Bobby Landers; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Cave City with Rev. John Mark Moore officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until service time at the church.
Honorary pallbearers will be Adrian Little, Austin Thompson, Darrell Thompson, Ury Landers, Bobby Landers, Buell Wilkes, Bobby Wilkes, and Archie Wilkes.
