Charlie Ann Clay

Charlie Ann Clay, 63 of Sidney died Sunday, October 11, 2020. She was born May 10, 1957 in Calico Rock, Arkansas to Samuel Ray and Thelma Pauline Kytle Neal.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Sidney Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Johnny Ray Neal.

Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Carl Dean Clay of the home; two daughters, Sandra Clay and Amanda Clay both of Kansas; three brothers, Raymond Neal (Olena) and David Neal both of Kansas and Bobby Neal (Kerri) of Versailles, Missouri; two sisters, Thelma Pirtle (Jim) of Minnesota and Mary Bailey (Ronnie) of Evening Shade; two grandchildren, Iva Starkie and Rowan Starkie both of Kansas; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sidney Baptist Church with Bro. Shannon Smith officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
