Clifford Welcher

Clifford Welcher, 70 of Cave City died Thursday, July 5, 2018. He was born April 22, 1948 at Rector, Arkansas.  He was the son of Walter Roy and Betty Jean Ring McHatton.  He was a retired construction superintendent for Delk Construction, a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran and a member of First Free Will Baptist Church in Cave City.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Dennis McHatton.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Carolyn Welcher of the home; two sons, Clifford Alan Welcher (Tamatha) of Arkadelphia and Jeffery Lee Welcher (Sally) of Batesville; two daughters, Carla LeBlanc (Michael) of Cave City and Amanda Cash (Josh) of Batesville; one sister, Donna Goodman (Wayne) of Cave City; eleven grandchildren, Lacy, Conner, Kaylan, Kristen, Kaleb, Kaya, Zion, Irie, Mosiah, Hannah and Haley; one great grandchild, Adelynn; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Steven Martin officiating.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
