Curtis H. Billins, 89 of Batesville died Saturday, May 25, 2019. He was born November 28, 1929 at Lunenburg, Arkansas to Mark and Goldie Lewis Billins. He was a retired Free Will Baptist Minister and a member of New Home Free Will Baptist Church. Earlier in his life he had work for Boeing Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas and owned a Standard Oil Service Station.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Wanda Billins.
Survivors include a brother, Dewey R. Billins (Sue) of Wichita, Kansas; sister, Wanda R. Davis of Batesville; niece, Debra Scheussler; nephews, Bill Billins, Mark Davis and Michael Davis; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Dr. Edward Myers and Mark Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Reeves Cemetery located near Guion.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
Pallbearers will be Mark Davis, Delmas Lane, Reagan Davis, Charles Wolf, Jeff Morris and Roger Brown.
Honorary pallbearers are Bill Billins, Michael Davis, Britt Billins, Gary Scheussler and Steve Scheussler.
