Mrs. Debra Ann Pace-Farris died peacefully in the Cave City Nursing Home on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 in Cave City, Arkansas at the age of 64.
Debra is survived by her mother, Joann Pace of Cave City, Arkansas; son, Charles D. Farris Jr. of Batesville, Arkansas; two sisters, Sheila Pace of Sugar Grove, Illinois and Penny Pace-Halvax of Plainfield, Illinois; two brothers, Golden Lamar Pace of PawPaw, Illinois and Gary Pace of Aurora, Illinois; grandchildren, Christopher Lamar Farris LeBlanc, Raven Nicole LeBlanc and Heaven Leaigh Womack of Starks, Louisiana, Briann Chavers, Brooklyn Farris, and Dakota Farris of Cave City, Arkansas, and David James Jeffery and Jasper Damien Schnyer of Batesville, Arkansas; and a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Golden Lamar Pace of Cave City, Arkansas; husband, Charles Daniel Farris Sr. of Cave City, Arkansas; son, Christopher Lamar Farris of Cave City, Arkansas; brother, Timothy Lamar Pace of Osceola, Arkansas; and grandparents, James and Muldie Justice and Monroe and Toxie Pace.
Debra was an active and dedicated member of the Eastside Southern Baptist Church in Cave City and volunteered at their food bank when she was able.
Pallbearers will be Gary Pace, Golden Pace, Ryan Halvax, Ron Sams, Howard Abernathy, and Willie Farris.
A funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Eastside Southern Baptist Church in Cave City, Arkansas with Pastor Jay Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Weaver’s Chapel Cemetery located north of Batesville. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service. Reception to follow the services at the Eastside Southern Baptist Church in Cave City, Arkansas. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Debra’s life.
Visitation will be Friday, September 21, 2018 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
