Donna Jean Cinel

Donna Jean Cinel, 64, of Cherokee Village passed away March 21, 2025 in Batesville. She was born March 12, 1961 in Evanston, IL to Salvador Thomas Garcia and Carol Marie Swift. She was a volunteer educator at Brookfield Zoo in Chicago, IL. She enjoyed NASCAR, music, and traveling.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Scott Cinel of 42 years; one son, Scott D. Cinel of Gainesville, FL; one daughter, Lauren Bloch (Nathan) of Sidney; one brother, Tony Garcia (Marianne); two sisters, Darlene Klages (Bill) and Dawn Victory; three grandchildren, LeeAnn, Audrey, and Abby along with a host of other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 31, 2025, 1:00 P.M. in Sidney, AR.
