Emberlee Rose Thorne

Precious princess, Emberlee Rose Thorne went to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 12, 2023. She was born on August 7, 2023 to Devin and Crystal (Nicholson) Thorne of Sulphur Rock, Arkansas. She was a perfect angel and touched all of our hearts in her short five days. She was loved by all and has given us a lifetime of love during her short time on Earth.

Emberlee is preceded in death recently by her namesake, paternal great grandmother, Rose Evans of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and paternal grandfather, Christopher Lively of Spring Mill, Arkansas.

Emberlee is survived by two siblings, Tanner Thorne of the home and Alissabeth Garcia of Pleasant Plains, Arkansas; maternal grandparents, Nathan Nicholson of Melbourne, Arkansas and Cynthia and David Converse of Pleasant Plains; her paternal grandmother, Aronis Thorne of Batesville, Arkansas; maternal great grandparents, Patsy and Darrell Nelson of Cave City, Arkansas, Debbie and Charles McKenzie of Evening Shade, Arkansas, Curtis and Chere Nicholson of Floral, Arkansas and David Gillihan of Melbourne, Arkansas; aunts and uncles, Reagan Nicholson of Cave City, Arkansas, Christopher Thorne, Brenden Bible, Joshua Nicholson, Nathan Hawkins, Shawn and Daniela Hawkins all of Batesville, Arkansas and Levi Converse of Pleasant Plains, Arkansas; and a host of cousins, great aunts and uncles and many other relatives.

Funeral services will be Monday, August 21, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will be at the Locust Grove Cemetery in Locust Grove, Arkansas with Shannon Smith and Chick Wolford officiating. Arrangements are by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.

Visitation will be Monday, August 21, 2023, 9:00 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Thorne and Joshua Nicholson.

Honorary Pallbearers are Nathan Nicholson, Brandon Gillihan and John Moss.
