Ethel Davis Moxley

Ethel Davis Moxley, 101 of Guion died Tuesday, May 8, 2018. She was born October 6, 1916 at Twin Creek, Arkansas to William Andy and Olevia Ann Kidwell Davis.  She was a homemaker and a member of Grace Communion Church in Batesville. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Eret Moxley; one brother, Ray Davis and two sisters, Ida Gillihan and Edith Hutchins Edwards.

Survivors include one son, Jared Moxley (Alice) of Guion; one daughter, Janetta MacArthur (Mark) of Violet Hill; five grandchildren, Lisa Hancock, Eret Moxley, Josh Moxley, Loren MacArthur and Jana MacArthur; five great grandchildren, Megan Moxley, Ryan Moxley, Braeden Hancock, Alex Hancock and Kailee Hancock; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Belview Baptist Church in Melbourne with Bro. Doyne Roberson officiating. Burial will follow in the Combs Cemetery located in Melbourne with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church.

Pallbearers will be Eret Moxley, Josh Moxley, Loren MacArthur, Braeden Hancock, Alex Hancock and Ryan Moxley.
