Frances Katherine Hughes

Frances Katherine Hughes, the daughter of the late Carlee Cleo and Elsie Mobley Tuggle, was born on January 28, 1937, in Poughkeepsie, AR.

In 1962 she was united in marriage to Billy Ray Hughes. He preceded her in death on January 7, 2010.

Mrs. Hughes died Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at her residence in Malden, MO, at the age 83 years, 3 months and 15 days.

Survivors include one son, Tony Ray Hughes; three stepdaughters, Peggy Ann Hughes-Lang and husband, Paul, Katherine Marie Hughes and Patricia Louise Hughes; one stepson, Ronald Anthony Maniscalco all of St. Louis, MO; ; two brothers, Bob Tuggle of Evening Shade and Donald Tuggle of Paragould; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

She was also preceded in death by one stepson, David Joseph Hughes; two brothers, Gerald Tuggle and R.H. Tuggle and two sisters, Sylvia Breeden and Carlene Waddell.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 16, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Parsley Cemetery located near Poughkeepsie. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
