Frances Lucille Lambert

Frances Lucille Lambert, 90, of Hutchinson Mtn. passed away Thursday, February 27, 2025 at Batesville. She was born January 6, 1935 at Freeport, IL to Francis and Lucille Herbig. She retired from Gen Corp and was of the Baptist faith. Frances enjoyed dancing, listening to music, sewing, crocheting and family time. She loved Wheel of Fortune and you better not interrupt while it was on.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dean Lambert; one son, Randy Joe Lambert and two sisters, Betty and Donna.

Survivors include two sons, Barry Lambert (Karen) of Hutchinson Mtn. and Justin Johnson (Prisilla) of Floral; two daughters, Penny Strother (Scott) of Hutchinson Mtn. and Becky Lambert of Batesville; one brother, Jerry Herbig of Freeport, IL; nine grandchildren; twelve great grand children along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be Monday, March 3, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at the Palestine Cemetery on Hutchinson Mtn. with Bro. John High officiating.
