Geneva Mae Broadwater

Geneva Mae Broadwater, 91 of Cave City died Sunday, December 22, 2019 at her home. She was born August 30, 1928 in Floral, Arkansas to Rufo F. and Birtha Alexander Sharp.  She was a retired school teacher, having retired from Poughkeepsie High School and was a member of Eastside Southern Baptist Church in Cave City.

 She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Doyle Broadwater; a daughter, Phyllis Broadwater, brother, Gerald Sharp and sisters, Birvel Cousins and Bea Cousins.

Survivors include daughter, Mary Reed (Mike) of Cave City; brother, Rolland Sharp (Norma) of Searcy; grandchildren, Joe Don Qualls (fiancé, Jordan) of Australia, Brandon Qualls (Kayla) , Caleb Qualls (Carlie) and Kayla Barr (Justin) all of Cave City; step grandchild, Brandon Reed (Jalesa) of Batesville; ten great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

No funeral services are planned. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
