James (Jim) O. Moen

James (Jim) O. Moen age 82 of Cave City, AR passed away peacefully on Monday, March 24, 2025 at the WRMC in Batesville, AR. He was born in Dodgeville, WI on June 30, 1942 to Orvel and Jessie (Eaton) Moen. James proudly served in the USAF. He loved driving cross-country and spent 50 + years as a truck driver. He loved hunting, fishing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; father in law, David A. Brooker; one infant brother, Johnny; two sisters, Marilyn Hildebrandt and Esther Kvale; step son, Robert N. Barber; three brother in laws, Dale Hildebrandt, Don Kvale, and Red Jaggers along with several nieces and nephews.

He will be deeply missed by his wife of 31 years, Judy (Brooker) Moen. James is also survived by his daughter, Tonya Moen; step daughter, Heather Barber; five grandchildren; one great granddaughter on the way; mother in law, Blondell (Pope) Brooker; two sisters, Rose Kiesow (Ron) and Kathy Jaggers; two brothers, Ken Moen (Marilyn) and Jack Moen (Alice) as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
