James William Watson

James William Watson, 92, of Floral passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 in Floral. He was born on May 9, 1930 in Monette, Arkansas to Oliver Watson and Mary Osborn Watson. He worked in maintenance at the Cave City Nursing Home and was a member of the Cave City Church of Christ. James enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing and the great outdoors.

His parents; his wife, Mary Watson; thirteen brothers and sisters; and one grandson, Ethan, precede him in death.

Survivors include his son, Robert Watson (Lesa) of Batesville; his daughter, Rowena Cox (Terry) of Floral; five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 12:00 PM at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Floral.
