Janetta Ann MacArthur

Janetta Ann MacArthur, 66 of Violet Hill passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022.  She was born August 6, 1955 in Batesville, Arkansas to Eret and Ethel Marie (Davis) Moxley.  She was a retired Special Education and Gifted and Talented Teacher and had taught at Mount Pleasant Schools.  She was of the Christian faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents. 

Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Mark MacArthur of the home; one son, Loren MacArthur and fiancé, Angel Branscum of Violet Hill; one daughter, Jana Marie Castrellon and husband Roy of Bentonville; one brother, Jared Moxley and wife, Alice of Guion; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be Sunday, March 13, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Combs Cemetery in Melbourne with Jeff Noordhoek officiating.  Arrangements are by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Roy Castrellon, Loren MacArthur, Braeden Hancock, Alex Hancock, Eret Moxley, Josh Moxley and Ryan Moxley.
