Jay Wesley Yeager III

Jay Wesley Yeager III of Batesville, Arkansas passed away peacefully in his home on Monday, June 19, 2023. Jay was born December 28, 1942 to Jay Wesley “Dub” Yeager Jr. and Ethel Ann “Dooly” Yeager. Jay was a tool and dye maker and loved working for Ark Tool for over 40 years.

 Jay was preceded in death by his father, Jay Wesley “Dub” Yeager Jr.; his mother, Ethel Ann “Dooly” Yeager; and his loving wife and best friend of 28 years, Jeannette Yeager.

Jay is survived by his two brothers, Larry Yeager (wife Sylvia) and Andy Yeager both of Batesville, Arkansas; his four children, Jackie Colclosure of Cabot, Candace Clouse of Rose Bud, Gretchen Yeager of Paragould and Jay Wesley Yeager IV of Paragould. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

There will be a celebration of life Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel.
