Jenny Lou Johnson, 73, of Batesville passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 in Batesville. She was born December 12, 1950 in Batesville to Perry and Betty (Akins) Martin. She was retired from White Rodgers after 34 years of service and was of the Methodist faith.

She enjoyed spending time with her family. She also enjoyed riding with her husband, Eldon; spending time with her grandchildren, going to baseball games, shopping with Allana, going to Hobby Lobby as well as antiquing and her pets, especially Charlie. 

She was preceded in death by her parents.

 Survivors include her husband of 19 years, Eldon Johnson of the home; three sons, Travis Williams of Jonesboro, Chris Williams of Batesville and Earnie Johnson (Crystal) of Batesville; three daughters, Tisha Keller (Aaron) of Batesville, Amanda Huckaba (Chris) of Bethesda and Heather Keirn (Ryan) of Southside; a sister, Patsy Craig of Michigan; eleven grandchildren, Amber Williams, Cara Mourer, Catie Mourer, Joe Mourer, Hunter Johnson (Christin), Austin Johnson, Madison Johnson, Allana Taylor, Hayden Joe Huckaba, Kylie Keirn and Karys Keirn; seven great-grandchildren as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

 A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024, 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Valley Cemetery near Cushman with Susan Killen officiating.

 In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions to be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
