Kale Nicholos Mooney

Kale Nicholos Mooney, 23, of Batesville passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024 in Batesville. He was born September 12, 2000 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to Ryan Mooney and Lindsey Sample. Kale enjoyed playing with pots and pans as well as swimming, riding in anything with a motor and being around water. He also loved sprinklers and water fountains as well as Disney movies and songs.

 He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ann Brietz.

 Survivors include his mother, Lindsey Sample Brietz (Blake) of Batesville; his father, Ryan Mooney (Erika) of Harrisburg; one brother, Elijah Brietz; three sisters, Sadie Mooney, Sofie Mooney and Sawyer Mooney; his grandparents, Danny and Pat Sullivan Sample, Irvin and Paulette Mooney and his grandfather, Charlie Brietz and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 10:00am at Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Johnny Carter officiating.

 In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation or LeBonheur Children’s Hospital 848 Adams Ave, Memphis, TN 38103.
