Kristina Lynn Manuel Rogers, 43 of Inverness, Florida (formerly of Cave City) passed away Monday, September 16, 2019 peacefully in her home. She was born July 1, 1976 in Osceola, Arkansas and was the daughter of George Manuel Sr. and Helen Salmon. She was a missionary and evangelist for Redemption Ministries and had served as a nurse in the U.S. Army.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Manuel Sr. and a granddaughter, Tallulah Jude.
Survivors include her husband, Gregory Rogers of the home; son, Keith Rogers of Inverness, Florida; daughter, Whitney Rogers of Chicago, Illinois; her mother, Helen Salmon of Cave City: sisters, Teresa Smithey (Chris) of Champaign, Illinois, Tina Beakley (Robert) of Drasco and Anita Mills (Rick) of Cave City; brother, George Manuel Jr. (Mandy) of Cave City; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Rev. Faye Melton and Renee Greenhaw officiating. Burial will follow in the Cave City Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday, September 20, 2019 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Jonathan Manuel, Martin Manuel, Tristian Manuel, Robbie Beakley, Joey Simpson and Dakota Mitchell.
