Lanell Dickey Brenner, 83, was born September 14, 1939 in Cord, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 1, 2023 in Conway, Arkansas.
Lanell received her LPN degree in 1970 and in 1990 she received her degree as an RN. She loved working with and praying for patients at various hospitals during her nursing career. Pediatric nursing always held a special place in her heart. She was active in church and taught the youth at Sunday school for many years as well as visiting nursing homes with her prayer warrior friends. She loved studying the Bible, was an avid reader, loved to go walking and loved shopping. During her final days, she loved walking the halls of Ridgemere while praying for and helping other memory care residents.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvis and Bertha Dickey; and one brother, Alton Dickey.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Bill Brenner of Conway; two sons, Troy Robinson (Lori) of Maumelle and Robert Robinson (Laura) of Paragould; two grandchildren, Mariah Howard of Kansas City, Kansas and Alex Robinson of Paragould. Nothing brought her more pleasure than her grandkids and visiting with other beloved family. She is also survived by a host of dear friends who knew her as Lennie.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be Friday, April 7, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City. Burial will follow in the Milligan Campground Cemetery in Calamine.
Visitation will be Friday, April 7, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
