Leon Elmer Crow, 87 of Cave City died Monday, April 23, 2018. He was born October 3, 1930 at Cave City, Arkansas to Neal and Esther Wilson Crow. He was a retired foreman for International Shoe Factory in Batesville and U.S. Army Veteran where he was a member of the 11th U.S. Army Airborne Infantry Division. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Cave City. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Frankie Hudson Crow and a grandson, Andrew Kirk. Survivors include son, Wayne Crow of Southside; daughters, Teresa Loggains (Gary) and Carolyn Kirk (Richard) both of Cave City and Brenda McDougal of Batesville; grandchildren, Monica McDougal and Dylan Kirk both of Cave City and Rhonda Kirk Sharp of Jonesboro; great grandson, Kyler Sharp; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Cave City with Rev. Joe Kaiser officiating. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the church. Pallbearers will be Larry Wilson, Todd Wilson, Jerry Brogdon, Steve Sandy. Paul Kober and Tory Bishop.
