Loren Dean Trewyn

Loren Dean Trewyn age 57 of Sidney died Friday, May 3, 2019. He was born August 11, 1961 at Batesville, Arkansas to Dale and Kathleen (Staggs) Trewyn.  He retired from the Arkansas Army National Guard and the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department.  He was also a retired automotive technician.  He was a member of the Sidney Volunteer Fire Department, Curia Masonic Lodge #144 in Cave City and the Sidney Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his wife, Kelly (Ring) Trewyn of the home; one son, Justin Trewyn (Shonda) of Melbourne; one daughter, Crystal Brown (I.D.) of Powhatan; his mother, Kathleen Trewyn of Southside; one brother, Lynn Dale Trewyn (Donna) of Southside; one sister, Jannifer Hightower (James) of Southside; four grandchildren, Faith White, Gareth Brown, Trinity Trewyn and Jaxon Trewyn; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sidney Baptist Church with Jeff Eddy officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery at Sidney with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 7, 2019 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be members of the Sidney Volunteer Fire Department.

Honorary pallbearers are his grandchildren.
