Loretta Noel

Loretta Noel, 65 of Cave City died Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at her home. She was born November 9, 1953 at Paragould, Arkansas to Albert and Media Winn Harget.  She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.  She was a loving wife, mother, granny, sister and aunt.   She was full of laughter and loved to have fun with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Alberta Allen.

Survivors include her husband Wayne Noel of the home; two sons, Shannon Milligan (Mandi) of Cave City and Wayne Noel Jr. (Ashley) of Jonesboro; one daughter, Laurie Milligan of Cave City; one sister, Donna Wrinkle of Evening Shade; 11 grandchildren, Hannah, Jeanetta, Tarran, Cobie, Steven, Gavin, Addyson, Chanler, Lilly, Ryder and Lokin; 3 great grandchildren, Gauge, Korbin and Ryker; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Monday, June 17, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Dennis Gay officiating. Burial will follow in the Milligan Campground Cemetery located near Strawberry.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time.

Pallbearers will be Larry McFarlin, Rodney Bowser, David Sherrod, Jerry Medlock, Lee Wigginton and Bill Little.

Honorary pallbearers are Shannon Milligan, Tarran Milligan, Cobie Robinson, Steven Cothrine, Gauge Milligan, Korbin White, and Ryker Robinson.
