Mack Young

Mack Young, 75 of Batesville passed away Friday, August 20, 2021.  He was born August 18, 1946 in Sulphur Rock, Arkansas to Ernest Raymond and Velma C. (Sanders) Young.  He was a farmer, construction worker and of the Pentecostal faith. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Faye Brooks.

Survivors include one son, Tommy Mack Young (Marcee) of Magnolia, Texas; one daughter, Karen Leann Hubbard (Jeff) of Batesville; one sister, Virginia Pruett (Jim) of Batesville; four grandchildren, Brianna Young, Logan Young, Tiffany Jobe (Ryan) and Brittany Wammack; three great grandchildren, Taryn Shoemaker, Jayleigh Cheney and Weston Jobe; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be Monday, August 23, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville with Rev. Michael Parmley officiating.  Arrangements are by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.

Pallbearers will be Todd Price, Mike Price, Logan Young, Randall Crabtree, Jeff Hubbard and Larry Bolin.
