Malicki Dameon Pizanowski, 21 of Cave City passed away Friday, March 19, 2021. He was born October 3, 1999 in Mattoon, Illinois. He graduated from Cave City High School in 2018 and was a former employee of Bad Boy Mowers in Batesville. He loved his family and friends, had a great love for animals and loved playing football. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Cave City.
He was preceded in death by his great grandfathers, Hayden Burnes and Kenneth Hopkins and two uncles, Jim Hopkins and Frank Hopkins.
Survivors include his father, Martin Pizanowski and fiancé Brandy Davis and children, James and Brandon Shrader and Piper Hunt of Cave City; his mother, Brandy Brummett and husband Jerry of Effingham, Illinois; four brothers, Isaac, Trustin, Zeek and Blake of Effingham, Illinois; one sister, Karley of Effingham, Illinois; grandparents, Raymond and Debra Owens of Cave City and John and Debbie Monk of Effingham, Illinois; great grandmothers, Elouise Burnes of Locust Grove and Shirley Hopkins of Effingham, Illinois; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Friday, March 26, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City. Burial will follow in the Cave City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Isaac Pizanowski, Keith Mitchell, Cameron Smedley, Jason Meyer, Mike Ritter and David Burnes.
Honorary pallbearers are Trustin Pizanowski, Zeek Brummett, Blake Brummett, Karley Brummett and Piper Hunt.
