Mary F. Cooper age 75 of Cave City died Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Eaglecrest Nursing and Rehab Center in Ash Flat, Arkansas. She was born on September 10, 1943 in Smithville, Arkansas to Ewin and Lois Porter. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mt. View Missionary Baptist Church in Cave City.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Perry Porter and Kennard Porter; sister, Japilene Porter and grandson, Andrew Wright.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Clifton Cooper; daughters, Marcy Wright (Keith) of Cave City, Raylene Hankins (Keith) of Sulphur Rock; grandsons, Brandon Wright (Lindsey) of Jonesboro and Dylan Hankins of Sulphur Rock; granddaughters, Liz Mabry (Bob) of Muskogee, Oklahoma and LeeAnn Goodman (Mark) of Batesville; 7 great grandchildren; brother Paul Porter (Barbara) of Batesville; sister, Mildred Scott (Terry) of Sandoval, Illinois; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Friday, February 1, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Brandon Wright and Bro. Vance Penn officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery in Cave City.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Stout, Mike Jones, Kevin Cooper, John Cooper, Keith Hankins and Keith Wright.
Honorary pallbearers are Eaglecrest Nursing and Rehab Staff and Legacy Hospice Staff.
