Mary Ann Schoonover

Mary Ann Schoonover, 71, Ash Flat, Arkansas passed away Saturday, June 1, 2024 in Batesville, Arkansas. She was born July 11, 1952 in Mount Vernon, Illinois to Martin and Mary Amore. She was a substance abuse counselor and of the Christian faith. She enjoyed computers, gardening, dancing, spending time with her family and loved to cook.

She is preceded in death by her parents of Danville, Illinois; her husband, Phillip Wayne Schoonover of Louisville, Illinois; and her brother, Joseph Amore of West Plains, Missouri.

She is survived by her daughters, Amy Harvey of Hanford, California and Melissa Santillana of Hanford, California; four grandchildren, Jeremiah Santillana, Shannia Jordan, Maleina Harvey and Daniel McCollum; one great grandchild, Iridessa Shy’Lynn Harvey; family friends, Rachael Story and Kimber Mason; and other relatives and friends.
