Maudeen King

Maudeen King, 83 of Cave City died Monday, May 28, 2018. She was born February 8, 1935 at Jesup, Arkansas to Andrew Jackson and Annie Evelyn Mahan Moody.  She was retired from International Shoe Factory and White Rodgers both in Batesville.  She was a member of the Mount View Missionary Baptist Church at Cave City.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Lou Anderson and Mabeleen Copeland.

Survivors include one daughter, Jackie Teel of Cave City; one brother, Darrell Moody of Grange; brother-in-law, Herschel Copeland of Pearl, Louisiana; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Vance Penn officiating. Burial will follow in the Moody Cemetery at Grange.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Dean Moody, Johnny Cooper, Steve Milligan and Ronnie Mobley.

Honorary pallbearer is Edward Milligan.
