Noil Lee Mahan, 85 of Cave City died Friday, May 25, 2018. He was born July 31, 1932 at Cave City, Arkansas to Robert Ozzie and Clara Pinkston Mahan. He was retired from Banquet Foods in Batesville. He was a member of the Eastside Southern Baptist Church in Cave City, where he served as a deacon.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Martha Arlene Ring; brothers, W.S. Mahan, Robert Mahan, Jewell Mahan and David Mahan and sister, Goldie Mahan.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Olean Mahan; daughters, Brinda Sneed and Mary Christopher both of Cave City; sisters, Norma Jean Barnett of Mammoth Spring and Louise Curtis of Cave City; 5 grandchildren, John McLaughlin, Larry Ring, Kevin Ring, Mark Christopher and Derek Christopher; 14 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Sunday, May 27, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Eastside Southern Baptist Church in Cave City with Bro. Bobby Walker and Bro. Jay Wilkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Parsley Cemetery located near Poughkeepsie with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Larry Ring, Kevin Ring, Mark Christopher, Derek Christopher, Jeremy Ring and Austin Black-Ring.
Honorary pallbearers are John McLaughlin and Members of Eastside Southern Baptist Church Adult Men’s Sunday School Class.
