Oma Dell Lathum

Oma Dell Lathum, 94 of Cave City died Wednesday, May 16, 2018. She was born February 21, 1924 at Maxville, Arkansas to Robert Benjamin and Lilly Gertrude Miller Marlin.  She was retired from AT&T in San Francisco, California and was a member of Eastside Southern Baptist Church in Cave City.  She was a member of Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, Darius Lathum and Clinton Johns; one brother, Joe Albert Marlin; three sisters, Lola Pearl Marlin Evans, Minnie Stella Marlin Hutson and Josie Oreen Marlin Johns.

Survivors include one step-son, Dennis Johns of Fall Brook, California; one step-daughter, Shirley Ann Johns of Cave City; one sister, Clara Jewel Marlin Stout of Cave City; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City. Burial will follow in the Cave City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Dennis Johns, Danny Stout, Warren Stout, Sean Stout and Rodney Stout.

Honorary pallbearers are Charles Schaaf and Steve Bell.
