Orlando “Butch” James Pellegrini, 77, of Violet Hill passed away November 24, 2024 in Cave City. He was born March 20, 1947 in Chicago, IL to Orlando and Carmella Pellegrini. He was a contractor/builder and a member of Cave City First Free Will Baptist Church. He enjoyed his family, Harley Davidson motorcycles, fishing, music, traveling, his church family, making people laugh, and horseback riding.
He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Survivors include his one son, Vincent James Crivello Pellegrini; one brother, James Pellegrini (Tricia) ; one sister, Teresa Augarten (Kevin); one granddaughter, Harley Rose Pellegrini; two neices, Kirra Augarten and Rey Pellegrini; his special love, Valerie Phillips; honorary son in law, Paul Burgess (Tracey).
Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, December 8, 2024, 2:00 P.M. at the Cave City First Free Will Baptist Church.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, 'Wow! What a ride!
