Pat Ballard

Pat Ballard, 64 of Charlotte died Thursday, January 17, 2019. He was born November 7, 1954 at Fort Campbell, Kentucky to Luther Max and Bobbie Jean (Weaver) Ballard.  He was retired having worked for Arkansas Eastman and the Pine Bluff Arsenal.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include one brother, Mike Ballard of Lavaca; one sister, Sondra Qualls and husband Bill of Evening Shade; one niece, Brandy Ballard of Lavaca;  two nephews, Kevin Qualls of Southside and Chris Qualls and wife Amber of Salem; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
