Randy Manuel

Randy Manuel, 67, of Batesville entered into his heavenly home, Friday, August 2, 2024. He was born February 11, 1957 in Batesville to Kenneth and Wilma Hamlett Manuel. He was a retired school teacher and farmer.

He spent his days enjoying God’s great outdoors and passing his love for nature down to his children and grandchildren. He was a man of hard work and was blessed with many talents. His friends will remember his kindness, and his family will carry the memory of his love and good humor. Throughout his life he sought out peace, and he found it.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his two sisters, Linda (Manuel) Tolleson and Sandy McGehee (John); two daughters, Elizabeth Branscum (Payton) and Jessica Windland (Bradley); three nephews, Shane Manuel, Eric and Robert McGehee; four grandchildren, Carley and Charlie Branscum, Kaiden and Adaleine Windland; his uncle, Ronnie Manuel (Margie) and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Friday, August 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Alex Mills officiating. Burial will follow in the Egner Cemetery at Salado.

Visitation will begin Thursday, August 8, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Payton Branscum, Shane Manuel, Bradley Windland, Troy Dixon, Ronnie Gay, and Grayson Carter.
