Randy Eugene Taylor, 69, of Evening Shade, Arkansas passed away Monday, April 8, 2024 in Evening Shade. He was born February 21, 1955 in Sturgis, Michigan to Charles and Joyce (Kipker) Taylor. He was a truck driver and served in the United States Army. He was also a member of the Abundant Life Church in Highland, Arkansas. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and he was a jack of all trades. Randy loved trucking, fishing, hunting, wrestling, shooting, boating, rebuilding old John Deere tractors and his family.
He is preceded in death by his father and one granddaughter, Madelyn Taylor.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Alice Taylor of the home; his mother, Joyce Taylor; his son, Charles Taylor (Katy) of Sturgis, Michigan; one adopted daughter, Janell Taylor of Russellville, Arkansas; two step children, Raegan Harbin (Billie) of Judsonia, Arkansas and Ryan Ray (Samantha) of Cabot, Arkansas; two brothers, Ryan Taylor (Katha) of Sturgis, Michigan and Rodney Taylor (Gail) of Michigan; two sisters, Rhonda Harper (Brad) of Sturgis, Michigan and Ranell Staples (Doug) of Sturgis, Michigan; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held at the Abundant Life Church in Highland, Arkansas on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
Arrangements are by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City, Arkansas.
