Robert Barker Huskey Jr.

Robert Barker Huskey Jr., 58 of Lynn died Thursday, May 16, 2019 at his home. He was born August 2, 1960 at Blytheville, Arkansas to R.B. Huskey Sr. and Joyce Smith Huskey.  He retired from the United States Navy as a Damage Control Senior Chief Petty Officer having served 26 years and18 days.  He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife Jacque Huskey of the home; one son, A.J.; two daughters, Nichole Seymore (Josh) of Strawberry and Lacye Thomas (Scott) of Ida; one brother, Randell Huskey of Walnut Ridge; two sisters, Brenda Huskey of Fort Smith and Lavone Huskey of Texas; three grandchildren, Caiden Seymore, Maycen Seymore and Ellie Thomas; a favorite nephew, Lee Stuart (Amy) and great nephews, Ace and Ash Stuart; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Tracy Grissom officiating. Burial will follow in the P&P Cemetery at Lynn.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be A.J., Scott Thomas, Josh Seymore, Mart Morgan, Lee Stuart and Anthony Harris.

Honorary pallbearers are the Staff of NEA Fowler Family Cancer Center of Jonesboro and Legacy Hospice Nurses and Staff of Walnut Ridge.
