Robert Darrell Moody

Robert Darrell Moody, 77 of Cave City passed away Friday, January 21, 2022 at his home.  He was born July 15, 1944 in Jesup, Arkansas to Andrew Jackson and Annie Moody.  He was a retired construction worker and a farmer.  He was a U.S. Army and a U.S. Navy Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Richard Dale Moody and three sisters, Maudeen King, Mabeleen Copeland and Ora Lou Anderson.

Survivors include one son, Dean Moody (Tammy) of Cave City; one daughter, Misty Bower of Cave City; two grandchildren, Spencer Moody and Savannah Bower; two great grandchildren, Maverick Morgan and Harleigh Peters;  a special friend, Trish Lacey;  niece, Jackie Teel of Cave City; several other nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be Monday, January 24, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Moody Cemetery located at 935 Grange Road in Cave City with Bro. Bobby Sanders officiating.  Arrangements are by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

Pallbearers will be Ronald Mobley, Steve Milligan, Michael Mobley, Rodney Ford, Maddie Milligan and Savannah Bower.

Honorary pallbearers are Joe Colvin, Keith Schwartz and Dennis Rogers.
